The patient is a 32 year old lady with spina bifida - myelomeningocele , the most severe form of spina bifida. She uses bilateral ankle foot orthoses (AFOs) for ambulation. (Since the she is ambulating with pants and the AFOs are not clearly visible, a zoomed-in view of the lower limb is provided).
